Joel is an award winning web developer who has been in the IT industry for only about 4 years and interested in the industry for even longer.  He has designed (and/or updated) well over 30 websites for various companies, musicians, and other patrons all around the globe. Joel has a passion for getting any content you need online or out in your town for as cheap as possible and not making it look like your reusing something you had done 1996! In January of 2012 Joel founded “RVA Design Solutions” a web development and graphic design company. He is always willing to work with you if the prices listed on his site don’t match your budget.
